We will determine a plan for your home based on more than 25 years of experience. Our approach will be specific to your home, and will not be a one size fits all approach that the industry has taken with crawlspace encapsulation. We found that less than 10% of the homes we inspect will need encapsulation or de-humidification. 

Our company will offer advice on how to correct the drainage problems around the exterior. Sometimes it’s as simple as needing to add extensions to your downspouts to prevent water from entering your crawlspace. Some homes will need fill dirt placed around the home to create the proper slope to direct water away from your foundation. 

We believe in preventing water from coming into the crawlspace if at all possible. Capturing water with a drainage system should be a last resort. These systems, while sometimes necessary, will require maintenance.
